NXT H&K MP5 Submachine Gun

I decided to experiment with rubberband shooting guns made with the NXT. Though the finished product is not nearly as good as I have seen in the past, I managed to make the gun able to shoot about 30 stretchy rubberbands in less than 2 seconds. The shape is based on the MP5 submachine gun (wikipedia). The video below doesn't very well show the rubberbands being shot out of the gun, because the camera is on the top.

Claw Striker

nxtprograms.com has listed a new project called the NXT Claw Striker. The basic robot was built off of the 3-Motor Chassis, with a geared up claw module. First, the robot emits three beeps, then turns around and beeps when an object comes into view. It backs up appropriately, and smashes its claw on the object.
